"Legacy" became Steve's second project with The Legendary Motown group for the UNIVERSAL / "BACK DOOR" record label.  The Temps were infamous for switching out lead singers over the years and on this record the group were joined by JC Cameron. formerly the lead singer of THE SPINNERS (its a shame). The four songs Steve produced he penned with Bobby Watson and hot songwriter Belewa Muhammad. Steve cut the tracks with members of the SOULKEEPERS rhythm section : Bobby Watson -- bass / Jimi Macon - guitar / Roman Johnson - Keys / Tony Patler - Hammond B3 / Louis Van Taylor & Bijon Watson on horns.

Steve produced two songs on the Bebe & Cece Xmas album for the Capitol Records label. recorded both in Los Angeles at SLH's then "Scotland Yard studios" Hollywood and in Nashville TN. USA.

Recorded for Capitol records "Relationships" was the last album that the grammy winning duo would record for The Capitol label before parting ways to do their own repsective solo projects. Steve shared credits with a heavy weight line up of producers...Arif Mardin / David Foster / Rhett Lawrence. Steve produced and co wrote two songs with Bebe of which "Stay with me" would be picked as a single. The album would go on to become certified GOLD in the USA. (500,000 copies plus sold)
