Been eating extremely healthy - dropped carbs from my diet - I can feel my appetite shrinking and my stomach mass along with it. Love carbs : Bread /Pasta/ Potatoes/ Rice . but they really act like a sleeping pill and drain my energy. Giving this diet a whirl for a while to see how my body reacts : Sort of a KETOGENIC type diet although I'm trying to make it as plant based as I can. Lots of herbal teas too and fresh juices.
